Green Web Builders only assumes liability for all issues following your contact with us directly.

DESIGN

All design of website, logotypes, letterheads, Power point presentation or other graphics, are on request only. Green Web Builders does not accept any liability regarding photos or other graphic material sent by you, the client. It is the clients’ responsibility to make sure all such graphic material sent to us is his or her own property or otherwise fully free of author rights. We can not verify the originality or user rights of such materials. Texts and other data sent to us by the client should be original, the property of the client or the client should be in possession of written approval that such data can be used.

SEO

Green Web Builders nor any of its representatives can or are allowed to guarantee the degree of success. Both SEO and Key Word Advertising are strategies that depend on too many elements, intermediaries, opinions, software, search engines, and the client’s market and product itself.

PAYMENTS.

All payments should be made by bank transfer to the account of Bernardus.biz or its corporate Pay Pal Account. All services except Website Design should be pre-paid. The service is only started and delivered after full pre-payment. The charges for Website Design can be paid in two parts: 50% to start and 50% at time of completion only. 31 days is the maximum timeline between start and completion. All texts and photos should be delivered within that time frame. Should missing texts or photos only be delivered after 31 days, then the website will be completed only if and when the work load allows us to. As any website needs to ‘mature’, changes to existing web pages can be requested up to 31 days after completion of the website.
